We meet on Wednesday nights at
Birchwood Elementary school gym at 6:30PM and end at 8PM. We
play games, sing, and take an indepth look to how God's Word
applies to our life today. This Wednesday night get together is
called Word 2 LIfe.It is based off of our mission statement. It is a time
to read, listen, and discuss how to apply the truth to our everyday
life. Also, it serves as an environment to get away from the stress of
your life and be encouraged through recreation, worship, and the
reading of the scripture.
C.O.R.E. group is at 9:45. We are currently using
Student Life material. Student Life teaches an essential truth for half
a year, which equips every student with 8 essential truths by the time
that they graduate from the youth group. It accomplishes this by
using games, dramas, videos, and other visual aids. We are now
studying about "Consecration" demonstrated throughout the Bible. It is a
study of people throughout the Bible who demonstrated exemplary
behavior.Come check it out!
